Fiery Hot Island Rub. We wanted a rub that had the unique flavor of Jamaican allspice berries and ginger, but these flavors can quickly overwhelm a recipe. So we worked hard to balance these unique and potent flavors against a backdrop of citrus, scallions, chives and plenty of heat. We hope you will find Firewalk a pleasantly spicy one. Chicken seems like the best candidate for this rub, though shrimp, pork, fish, or even veggies would probably also benefit. 8 oz. shaker bottle.
